Online orders placed through the Site are processed by our third-party ordering partner, Toast, and are subject to Toast’s own terms of service and privacy policy. Tharu Maaru is responsible for preparing and fulfilling your order; Toast is responsible for processing payment. All sales are final once an order is placed, except as required by law or at our discretion.
Menu, Pricing & Availability
Menu items, descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice due to ingredient sourcing, seasonality, or operational needs. We make reasonable efforts to keep menu information on the Site accurate but do not guarantee that every item will be available at all times.
Food Allergies & Ingredient Disclaimer
Our food is prepared in a shared commercial kitchen that also handles common allergens, including but not limited to peanuts, tree nuts, dairy, eggs, soy, wheat, and shellfish. While we are happy to answer questions about ingredients, we cannot guarantee that any dish is completely free of allergens or safe for a specific dietary restriction due to the risk of cross-contact.
